The MidSouth Conference Lay Connectional Team is bringing trainings to districts across the conference to help lay leaders learn the basics of how to be a lay leader in a local church (what their responsibilities are), and challenge laity to become involved in conference committees and events. Members from the Lay Connectional Team are working alongside Presiding Elders to organize trainings and provide a time for laity to gather, ask questions, and find community as the MidSouth PAC of the Global Methodist Church lives into the mission to make disciples of Jesus Christ who worship passionately, love extravagantly, and witness boldly.
