Use this form to submit a request for an upcoming announcement, initiative, or other item in need of promotion across the MidSouth Annual Conference. Promotional channels are via the MidSouth Instagram & Facebook pages, a website event page, a Facebook event page, as well as via the monthly print bulletin & email news blast.

However, the start date may vary based on when the promotion request is submitted, average expected production days, and how far in advance the promotion request was received. Requests are completed in the order they are received. If no date is requested, we will begin promotion once any design needs are completed.
